Third Angle announces 2026/2027 Season
PORTLAND, Ore. — Third Angle New Music enters its fifth decade with SEASON 41– exploring the space between darkness and light, humanity and technology, piety and blasphemy. Running from September 2026 through May 2027, SEASON 41 includes collaborations with Winter Light Festival, Zidell Yards and Hillsboro’s Bag&Baggage Productions to create the mind-bending sonic experiences that continue to define the future of “new music” in Oregon.
Artistic Director Sarah Tiedemann adds, “This season is all about transcendence. We'll submerge audiences not only in sound, but also in deconstructed spaces, otherworldly light, and the interfacing of human and machine. No boundary is sacrosanct this year at Third Angle.”
